Rooms are reserved on a first-come-first-served basis.

Feel free to contact us by phone at any time for availability even at the last moment we may have something available. Choice of rooms may be limited.  You can request a particular room, and if it comes open in time for your visit we will contact you. 

CANCELATION POLICY

We understand that things happen to the most carefully made plans. If you cannot make the reserved date, call us at least 3 days in advance of your arrival to cancel at no charge.  Calls made to cancel in less than 3 days of arrival will result in a $40.00 cancellation fee. 

 NO SHOW RESERVATIONS

are charged for a one night stay, as we are not an "impulse" or "drive-up" Inn, so we have little chance of replacing you.

Spacious Lakeside rooms with Jacuzzi tubs are $145.00 - $165.00 per night, without hot tub, $125.00. Woodside rooms are $105.00 per night. Rooms are spacious, quiet, cozy and refreshingly low key just right for a weekend in the country on the lake.

Our rates are based on two (2)-person occupancy. An additional guest in your room is $10.00 per night.

A minimum two (2) night stay is required for all weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day) require a three (3) night minimum stay. (Based on availability)

 A PATCH OF PARADISE

Personal checks are welcome 15 days prior to your arrival. We also honor Discover, Visa, Master Card and American Express. We DO NOT make any charge to your credit card until you check out.

Check-in is 3:00 PM of the first day of your visit. Check-out is 11:00 AM of the final day. We try to keep to this schedule as rooms must be prepared for incoming guests, however we are flexible. 

Parking is available free of charge on our grounds for day boaters, 'wave riders' and fishermen (tournament or worm drowners) who wish to bring their own boat.
